John Robson


Qualifying as RICS in 1982 John has practised continuously in Cumbria, joining H & H Bowe as Managing Director in 2003. 

John has a vast knowledge of all aspects of professional rural and commercial matters, however he specialises in Rural Estate Management and valuation work.

John is the current Asymetric Canoe sailing World champion having taken the title during the world championships in Australia in December 2007.

 

Alan Bowe


Alan is Chairman of H&H Group Plc, but continues to work for H & H Bowe.

Qualifying as RICS in 1969 Alan founded his own practice which later merged with H&H Estate Agency to become H & H Bowe as we know it today.

Bringing a wealth of experience to the business, Alan has extensive knowledge about all aspects of professional rural work.

 

 

 

Tim Parsons


Tim qualified as RICS in 1994. An active member of CAAV, Tim is on the local branch committee.

Spending all of his career in Cumbria, Tim previously worked for Alan Bowe before joining H & H Bowe in 2001.

Specialising in AMC work, Compulsory purchases and landlord and tenant matters, Tim also plays a lead role in Single Farm Payment work as well as undertaking valuations.

Julie Liddle


Julie joined H & H Bowe in 2000 having graduated as RICS through Harper Adams. An active member of CAAV, Julie is on the local branch committee.

Undertaking all types of professional work, Julie places particular emphasis on planning matters and negotiating land sale agreements with property developers. 

Julie heads up our specialised sales team who are able to handle your property sale or letting.

Julia Aglionby


Julia practised as an Environmental Economist from 1993 before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer in 2000.
Since 2006 she has been H & H Bowe Ltd's consultant on Commons and Upland Management advising commoners, owners and government departments on the law and management of Common Land. Julia also heads H&H Bowe’s Environmental team.

Andy Dyer


Andy joined H & H Bowe in 2006, and handles Farm Business Consultancy matters such as budgets and business appraisals, soil and water management and Single Farm Payments. 

   
Taking a prime role in the negotiation of property sales, Andy works closely with our sales team; Julie, Michaela and Nicola in the preparation of particulars, advertising and ongoing customer care during a property sale.

 

David Morley


David joined H & H Bowe in 2006 and provides professional advice on all environmental and conservation-related matters.

He specialises in helping farmers, commoners and landowners gain access to the Environmental Stewardship Scheme, both Entry Level (ELS) and Higher Level (HLS), and prepares Farm Environment Plans for HLS applications.

He has a degree in Upland Conservation & Environmental Management and qualified for the BASIS Certificate in Conservation Management in 2007.

David also looks after around 50 clients in relation to the Single Payment Scheme.

Jon McCosh


Jon joined H & H Bowe in 2005, qualifying as RICS and CAAV in 2007. 

Assisting John Robson with ongoing Estate Management matters, Jon also handles compensation claims on behalf of affected clients.
